  • Payment and Order Process
    Email us with your desired jewelry piece in the following format: - Size for rings (US) - Length (in CM) for bracelets and necklaces excluding hooks - An image of your desired jewelry piece We will contact you to confirm the specifications. Upon confirmation, we will send a paypal payment link for a 50% deposit payment. When the jewelry piece is ready for delivery, we will contact you and send a final payment link for the balance 50% payment. After receiving final payment, we will ship out the jewelry piece via FEDEX to your designated address. Please note that we do not collect payments from any channels apart from our email to you.
  • Why are our prices more affordable?
    Based in Asia, we operate an online business model with local and remote staff. Without the additional exorbitant rental costs, we are able to pass on these savings to our customers while not compromising the high quality and fine craftsmanship.
  • Are there certificates?
    Yes, for all natural diamonds, certificates are provided upon purchase. For gemstones and lab growns, additional costs will be added if certificates are required.
  • Can I refund an item?
    As each item is uniquely customized according to each customer's request, we do not have a refund policy. We ensure 100% authenticity in our jewelry materials.
  • How long is the production lead time?
    Typically 2 to 4 weeks, excluding shipping time.
